Treatment Character:
A specific therapeutic set of techniques targeting reflex changes in soft tissues, primarily in the areas of so-called reflex zones. It follows the standardized methodology of Glaser – Dalicho, implemented in practice through four established massage sets. This procedure is closer to soft tissue techniques and acupressure than to classical massage and is contraindicated where relevant reflex changes are not present or in patients whose physical condition does not allow for treatment of reflex changes.
Treatment Course:
The physiotherapist performs reflex massage consisting of specific strokes and techniques in the areas of reflex changes (painful zones).
Main Indications:
Back and joint pain, circulation disorders, post-injury conditions, headaches, migraines.
Main Contraindications:
Infectious and inflammatory diseases, skin diseases, acute colds.
Duration of Treatment:
15 minutes.
What to Bring to the Treatment:
It is advisable to come in a bathrobe.
