Procedure Character:

A series of stepping pools with different surfaces filled with drinking water of varying depths and temperatures.

The procedure represents one of the traditional hydrotherapy methods, providing an overall vegetative effect through the reaction of surface vessels and reflex zones of the feet to the application temperature of the water and its alternation (vascular gymnastics).

Procedure Course:

After careful non-contact disinfection of the lower limbs, the client steps with bare lower limbs for the prescribed duration. The temperature and time parameters of the procedure are determined by traditional internal standards.

Main Indications:

Disorders of blood circulation in the lower limbs, ischemic disease of the lower limbs, varicose veins (initial stage).

Main Contraindications:

Extensive varicose veins, acute inflammation of the lower limbs, superficial injuries of the lower limbs, eczema.

Duration of Procedure:

15 minutes

What to Bring to the Procedure:

The client does not need any special clothing or equipment for this procedure.
