Procedure Character:

Isothermal bath in drinking water, linked to specific balneotechnical equipment (multifunctional or whirlpool bath), during which many underwater jets massage the body with water flowing from a system of nozzles, and the water in the bath recirculates during the procedure.

Procedure Course:

The client lies naked in a bath that has a temperature of 35 – 38°C. The bath is equipped with nozzles that circulate water and air, pleasantly massaging the entire body, similar to a bubble bath.

Main Indications:

Water massage helps to relax muscles, increases the release of endorphins, improves mental well-being, enhances blood circulation, and relieves muscle pain and overall tension.

Main Contraindications:

Menstruation, skin injuries, eczema, varicose veins, pregnancy, not suitable for large varices in the lower limbs, pregnancy.

Duration of Procedure:

15 minutes

What to Bring to the Procedure:

It is advisable to come in a bathrobe.
