Procedure Character:

Aroma massage is a therapy that combines the effects of a relaxing massage with healing essential oils. Through techniques such as stroking, friction, and pressure, it alleviates pain, relieves tension, and reduces stress. The massage accelerates the removal of superficial layers of dead skin, normalizes skin and subcutaneous tension, and improves muscle activity and blood circulation, leading to overall pleasant sensations. Massage is one of the oldest forms of therapy.

Procedure Course:

Using special techniques along with essential oils, the masseur/masseuse releases soft tissues and induces relaxation. This leads to cell regeneration and the removal of toxic substances from the body. The massage is performed lying face down.

Main Indications:

Diseases and pains of the spine and joints, chronic rheumatic diseases, circulatory and respiratory system diseases, neurological disorders, recovery after severe injuries, illnesses, and states of exhaustion, stress, and muscle fatigue.

Main Contraindications:

All febrile, infectious, and acute inflammatory conditions, all oncological diseases, states requiring complete rest, suppurative and fungal skin infections, breaches of skin integrity at the site of massage application, decompensated (untreated) heart and vascular diseases, varicose veins at the massage site, swelling at the application site, certain bleeding disorders, advanced atherosclerosis and osteoporosis, pregnancy.

Duration of Procedure:

20 minutes for partial massage or 50 minutes for full massage.

What to Bring to the Procedure:

It is advisable to come in a bathrobe.
